Delivery & Shipping

Where do you deliver?
We ship globally to spread Christmas cheer worldwide! However, due to logistical constraints, we’re currently unable to deliver to Asia and some remote areas. If you’re unsure about your location, please contact us at [email protected] before ordering.
What shipping options do you offer?
We offer two convenient options:
Standard Shipping (£12.95): Delivered within 10-15 days via DHL or FedEx with tracking
Free Shipping: For orders over £50, delivered within 15-25 days via EMS
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days before dispatch.
How can I track my order?
For Standard Shipping orders, we’ll email you tracking information once your items are dispatched. For Free Shipping via EMS, tracking may be available depending on your destination. Keep an eye on your inbox!
When should I place my order to ensure it arrives before Christmas?
To ensure your decorations arrive in time to trim the tree, we recommend ordering early! Consider our delivery times (10-25 days after dispatch plus 1-2 processing days) and allow extra time during the busy holiday season. Order by early November for guaranteed pre-Christmas delivery!
